This day was GORGEOUS! Seriously, I can’t thank Kat & Chris enough for having such beautiful style and the 14 & Hudson team for creating an amazing wedding day. They wanted a small, simple, beautiful wedding with only the most important people. I was looking forward to this day since July! We did the family & bridal portraits in the Flywheel Park right by the Hudson River early afternoon, so finding the best light was really important. In the center of the park there were a few trees that would provide the diffused light I was hoping to shoot in and one of these trees ended being such a great frame for many of the photos. I absolutely loved shooting these!

If you’ve never driven through the adorable town of Piermont, I suggest you take a drive because it has to be one of the cutest main streets I know of. Which made for another great location for creative compositions. We took a few photos with the historic fly wheel in the center of the park, on the sidewalk and right in front of the restaurant. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were all held at 14 & Hudson, which is an amazing little restaurant to not only enjoy a dinner out but hold beautiful parties and events. Paula and her team do such a great job and the food is always SO GOOD! I was able to create SO many beautiful photos for Kat & Chris, I am so happy to be sharing this!
